Who Are We? We at if-development don't just believe that coaching works - we know it does. We proved it to ourselves whilst leading organisations in both public and private sectors. Our common beliefs brought us together a number of years ago. Then, in 2003 we decided that our experiential coaching approach could offer real benefits to others. So, we quit our jobs as managers and formed this company. Since then we have been delighted and a little surprised by how quickly we have grown.
